SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary and will be calculated at the time of the order or when the order has been shipped. Please contact us for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address or its verified alternate shipping address.
In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. If an order is shipped to an international address, the customer is responsible for any and all import duties, fees or taxes. In the case that the shipper/carrier charges Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) for any import duties, taxes or any other fee related to your shipment, you authorize Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) to charge your credit card for the amount billed Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) by the shipper. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of damage to and loss of items ordered through this web site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
EXPORT
If goods are being purchased for purposes of export from the United States, the purchaser is advised to seek legal counsel or otherwise make arrangements to inquire into the need for, and to obtain, appropriate licenses and/or documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire.
RETURN POLICY
You may return new (unopened, sealed, and unused) products for any reason within twenty (20) days of delivery for exchange or refund. Refunds (minus applicable shipping costs*) will be applied in the manner in which paid. All items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all tags, UPC codes, etc. attached.
Certain items may not be returned once opened for any reason. These items include training materials such as DVDs, VHS Videos, eBooks, and printed training materials. If one of these items is defective, it may be exchanged for the exact item, only.
In general, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise to be returned or exchanged to Interfit Corporation (zfit.com). Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) will not issue call tags for merchandise to be returned.
If you wish to exchange any merchandise, we will pay for shipping the merchandise you wish in exchange once per order (for United States shipping addresses only). The merchandise that we ship to you in exchange must be of similar size and weight to the merchandise returned. If the exchanged merchandise is larger than the returned merchandise, Interfit Corporation (zfit.com), at its' discretion, may charge for the difference in the cost of shipping the larger package. We will not refund your original or return shipping costs. Our shipment to you will be via a shipper of our choice to your original shipping address.
Any merchandise returned must be complete, include all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
If we ship you a defective item or an item you did not order, we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs to return the merchandise to Interfit Corporation (zfit.com). USPS Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service is considered a reasonable shipping method for returning merchandise to Interfit Corporation (zfit.com). Please return the merchandise in the box we originally used to ship the merchandise to you.
Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) will not accept responsibility for packages we have not received.
If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Interfit Corporation (zfit.com) reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
